The ELG - Engineering and Licensing Group is responsible for engineering repeater, beacon and fixed links on behalf of NZART.

The Group consists of Steve Fogerty ZL2ASF - ELG Team Leader and Tony Brown ZL2DB.

Bay of Islands ARC Inc. have applied for a APRS repeater at Manginangina, Top50 AV28 734.58 034.47. The frequency will be 144.575 MHz. Engineer: ARE035.
 
Auckland VHF Group Inc. have applied for 33 cm DATV repeater at Nihotupu (Amateur), Topo50 BA31 401.84 114.69. The centre frequency will be 921 MHz. Receive input frequency - inquire to the licensee. Engineer: ARE142.
 
J.D Ingham ZL2TAR has applied for a 33 cm DATV repeater at Maungaraki, Top50 BQ32 575.50 361.94. The centre frequency will be 921 MHz. Receive input frequency – inquire to the licensee. Engineer: ARE038.
