Outlook Express and Thunderbird Setups

As an Officer of NZART you will have been provided an alias email address as part of your role.
This email address will normally be equal to your officer title or very similar e.g. ALO is .

So why do you need to do this?

The problem is the amount of spam that is being sent to the email alias of .

To stop this, I have blocked all but subscribed email addresses.

What does this mean? Unless you write an an email from your NZART Alias address
(e.g. ALO is ) then the email will be bounced back to you and be undelivered.

I am doing this rather rather keep changing the to keep one step ahead of the spammers.

Of course, if you never need or intend to write an email to the then just ignore all these instructions.
