Branch Data For Call Book Updating: From the Call Book Editor
Attached is a spreadsheet containing the Branch Details with updates as I have received them so far (up to Tuesday 17 June 2008).
Branch secretaries can copy and paste and edit details and email them back to us. Instructions how to do so have been added and are reproduced below for your convenience (see NOTE below).
Please check your branch Incorporated society number. The website where this can be checked has been added - the Incorporated Society and Trust website.
NOTE
- You can check your Incorporated Society No. by doing a search at the Incorporated Societies and Trusts Website at: http://www.societies.govt.nz/pls/web/
- If there are errors in your Branch Data, Copy the columns into a Word or other text file, change the required details and email to: callbook@nzart.org.nz
- To acces the information on the spreadsheet you need to have a programme like excel or Open Office Calc available.
