To re – register a number of details re the AREC activities and aims needs to be
submitted to charities. A list has been prepared by NZART treasurer Evan Sayer
of the required information and sent on to the AREC management group for
assistance.
A meeting is being organized with trustees and SAR in Welling shortly to

We have heard back from the Wairarapa branch re this. The original beacon land access agreement and power reimbursement between NZART and the last land owner is being re written to allow for the new land owner and increased annual power fee from $100 to $200 p.a. This will be signed by appropriate parties and put into place.

Council have approved this application and wish the H nigh commemoration well.
7/10 DATV letter to Branch 74
A letter has been sent to the secretary enquiring how progress is as the latest
one year test license for DATV Channel 25 has expired. There has been no reply
