03: ZL3PAH to write a specification of requirements for an updated NZART web site and circulate to Council.
ZL3PAH asked if a small committee should be formed to get a rounded view of what we want and how we go about this. All councillors to give some feedback to ZL3PAH on his document making progress on this. Ongoing
06 ZL1VH to circulate to Council, ZL2TAR’s response regarding FMTAG restructure.
The ELG structure is in place and the RSM system is set up and appears to be working well.

Commemorative Plan for the 2015 ANZAC memorial.
Update so far, there is 20 DX’ers signed up to date, there is a calendar book in operation to book in 2 hour time slots, and these have started to be booked.
Commencing at GMT zero on 25th April for one month using the call sign ZL100ANZAC
ZL3PAH will be the QSL manager and QSL cards will be printed after the event and NZART to fund the cost of these cards initially. Ongoing

Reminder to all Councillors that the deadline for this is the Friday meeting at Conference in Hamilton where we will be reviewing this.
ZL1TPH and ZL1PK had previously presented their paper to Council 25th May 2014
10/10 Certificate for passing NZART examinations – ZL1UD
I wish to propose that NZART provides a certificate for new amateurs that go through the NZART programme to gain an Amateur Operators Certificate of competency.
From ZL2DL: I have advised Tony that I already include a laminated Certificate of Competency plus an NZART Membership certificate when a new candidate passes their exam. There is a cost to produce a certificate laminate and post to persons requesting one if existing amateurs both members and non-members.
A/P ZL1VH: to inform Tony ZL1UD of councils decision to remain with the current certificate that HQ currently uses.
10/11 NZART Official Broadcast & Conference Broadcast – ZL2BHF
A request from Jim ZL2BHF that the Conference Official broadcast be cancelled. The Sunday night Conference Report information can be disseminated using other media to keep our members informed.
Council discussed this and agreed with Jims reasoning’s.

ZL1PK gave an update on Conference; the committee have a meeting this Friday.
Forums not totally completed yet but are getting there, have had a few registrations already and the alternative programme is under control.
ZL1VH asked for more information re conference to be sent out either via info line or official broadcast as members have mentioned that there is not enough information .

New Midlands Councillor Don MacDonald ZL3DMC to be invited into May Skype meeting, and relevant papers to be sent to him also.
Terry ZL4TAE advised council that there was a person interested in taking on the Southern region councillor position. His name is Alex Gordon ZL4ARG. ZL4TAE sending CV to all councillors and decision will be made by email
Phil ZL4XYZ attended Branch 11 Club meeting recently and gave an update on where Council is at the moment. This was well received by the members.
