ZL1TGC enquired re transport from the airport to the conference venue update. ZL2AMJ said the webpage had the information on it re the airport shuttle and if you ask the driver he will stop outside the Silverstream Retreat, costs about $13.00 each way per person
ZL2AMJ asked if 11/5 could be removed from the agenda as he didn’t think it was a council matter anymore. Was suggested to keep it there so that we can monitor the progress of the Hibiscus Coast club, and didn’t want o loose contact with them
ZL2KH suggested then to remove the wording “No further action, examination schedule for April but no date set as yet, and the additional action ZL2AMJ to contact Vaughan for progress report.”
Both Vaughan and Fred were happy with this, so this has been done.
No further business meeting was closed by the president at 20.09 hrs
