DXing Milestones
Within the ARRL DXCC program there are three levels of achievement:
- Working and confirming 100 to 328 DXCC entities. = DXCC
- Working and confirming 329 to 337 DXCC entities = "DXCC Honour Roll"
- Working and confirming all current DXCC entities (currently 338) = "No. 1 DXCC Honour Roll"
The third award is the highest accolade and usually takes from 15 years to a lifetime to achieve.
Congratulations to the following ZL amateurs that have recently achieved the highest DXCC honour that a DXer can achieve world wide and joins a select few other ZLs that have actually done it:
- ZL3JT achieving ARRL No. 1 Honour Roll (Mixed) in August 2009
- ZL3JU achieving ARRL No. 1 Honour Roll (Mixed) in September 2009
- ZL2AFT achieving ARRL No. 1 Honour Roll (Phone) in October 2009
