NZART Break–In––The Official Journal of NZART

Break–In

A brief guide for Authors for Break–In

The Editor has prepared a brief guide for Authors for Break–In: Brief Guide (links to a PDF File).

Break–In is the official journal of the NZART and is currently published bi–monthly.

(The term break–in refers to a system in CW whereby the transmitting station can hear the other station’s signal during "key up" periods.)

Typical issues contain technical articles, articles of general interest and a wide range of regular features including satellites, DX’ing, Technical Forum, WARO, AREC, etc.

The HAMADs section offers ‘FREE’ For Sale or Wanted advertising for members and is very popular.

Commercial advertising is also accepted (please contact the Advertising Manager:

for rates).

The Call–Book is published annually and includes a list of all NZART members with their call–signs, details of NZART services, repeater details and a wide range of other information pertinent to amateur radio in New Zealand.
