The New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters (Inc), or NZART, is a nonprofit association of Amateur Radio Operators. NZART Council has approved the release of Council Minutes to the membership of NZART. This has commenced with the release of the first minutes from the April 2007 On Air meeting.
